Daylily (CENTERING)

Daylily is short-lived, each bloom fading after only a day. She reminds you to live in the present, with a deep understanding that you cannot change things outside yourself. Daylily encourages you to live in the moment, to loosen up and allow natural processes and flow to occur in your daily happenings.

Centering is becoming aware of an inner stillness. Taking an intermission from the daily grind in whatever form. So, with every breath, the doing secedes and you become aware of your physical body, how it takes up space and how it feels. And in that moment you are simply being.

Daylily reminds you to take a deep breath, to come back to the moment you are actually in. And when you are still, you can hear the whispers of your heart confirming this truth.

Consider: What brings you back to center?
